🌟 YOUR ROLE WILL BE
- As an Analytics Engineer (full stack data engineer) on the Platform Tribe's Data Squad, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the data landscape for both our customer-facing application and internal admin tools.
- You'll be involved in the entire data lifecycle, from designing and developing robust data pipelines to deploying, maintaining, and optimizing them.
- You'll collaborater closely with internal stakeholders to understand their and our client’s needs and deliver impactful data solutions.
- You will contribute directly to Hivebrite's growth by empowering data-driven decision-making across the company
🌟 YOUR MISSION WILL BE
- Data pipeline engineering: Build and maintain robust and efficient data pipelines, ensuring data quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Data modeling: Design and implement data models optimized for analytical queries and reporting, leveraging best practices for data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
- Data preparation & transformation: Transform and prepare data for analysis by data analysts and data scientists, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Dashboard & report development: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide key business insights to various stakeholders.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Data documentation: Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive data documentation to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
- Performance optimization: Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and efficiency, ensuring scalability as data volumes grow.
- Technology exploration: Explore and implement new data engineering and analytics technologies to enhance our data infrastructure.
🌟 YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or in a data-oriented software engineering role.
- 3+ years of experience using SQL.
- Significant experience with at least one visualization tool for building semantic layers or dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Fluency in English.
- 2+ years of experience with dbt
- 2+ years of experience designing and provisioning data systems, including pipelines and database schemas and/or data lake tables.
- Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with metrics relevant to customer success.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions such as BigQuery or similar.
- Strong understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
