About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Data Operations Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about data accuracy and client success. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing and auditing location data through our tools and processes and providing location management related services.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to clients on location data using our proprietary tools
- Perform data manipulation tasks and resolve discrepancies according to established guidelines and best practices
- Provide customer facing services that increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Deliver audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables, meeting agreed SLAs and personal targets
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide seamless client support.
Your profile:
- A professional with 1-2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
- A detail-oriented professional with a passion for data accuracy and client success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed processes.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and audit processes is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets a plus
