Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for agent demand forecasting, ticket analysis, and optimal queuing fora agent-ticket assignments
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the CXO data mart, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and efficient storage
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor CXO KPIs, costs, revenue, transfer, and other relevant metrics
- Provide business intelligence and data science support for experimentation, campaigns, and the implementation of new predictive models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CXO leadership, to align data initiatives with business priorities
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of data science principles and methodologies, including predictive modelling and data visualization
- Experience with data mart architecture/design, management, and data quality assurance
- Experience working with dbt, airflow, AWS, python
- Knowledge of Github (comfortable with version control, creating PRs)
- Knowledge of key CS metrics and understanding of ticket data
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
