The role involves managing projects related to client data services, including adding brokerage accounts to electronic feeds, mass uploading data, creating customized reporting, and handling one-off projects. Responsibilities include maintaining back-end site configurations, communicating with clients on project progress, collaborating with brokers and the data team, preparing historical data sets, demonstrating services to clients, leading projects, managing inbound inquiries via Salesforce cases, verifying and resolving discrepancies, assisting with operations by contributing new ideas, and supporting special projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree, strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work under pressure, excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. COMPLY is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Services Specialist to join our dynamic team!  This individual will be responsible managing one-time and recurring projects centered around assisting clients with adding brokerage accounts to electronic feeds, mass uploading data to client sites, creating customized reporting, and one-off projects to help clients update information on their site. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent client-facing skills, and possess a “How Can I Help” mindset. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and add back-end site configurations.

  • Communicate directly with clients on the progress of data reconciliation projects.

  • Collaborate with brokers and the data team to troubleshoot and add broker feed connections.

  • Prepare mass historical data sets for clients.

  • Demonstrate services and offerings to clients while identifying potential cross sell opportunities.

  • Lead multiple ad-hoc or ongoing projects to meet client deadlines and report progress to Supervisor.

  • Manage inbound inquiries from clients and the onboarding team via Salesforce cases.

  • Verify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. 

  • Assist with operations by contributing new ideas toward expanding the team’s scope and effectiveness.

  • Assist with special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree is required.

  • Technically strong in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook) and various computer programs.

  • Able to effectively work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy.

  • Adept at keeping information confidential and complying with data integrity/security policies.

  • Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be organized, energetic, and attentive to detail!

  • Salesforce, Jira, & Python knowledge is a plus!

$55,000 - $65,000 a year

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $55,000-$65,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
