What You’ll Do
Support JustAnswer’s Global IT team in managing services, including Microsoft 365, antivirus, and patch management.
Track and manage IT assets and licenses.
Oversee system setup and deactivation for employees and contractors.
Configure and prepare computer equipment for offices and employees.
Address and resolve IT issues through MS Teams and the IT ticketing system.
Foster strong collaboration with teams in Ukraine and India.
What We’re Looking For
