JustAnswer's Engineering team is hiring a Global IT Technical Support Engineer to deliver high-quality support for global offices and remote employees. Responsibilities include IT services like device support, productivity tools, vendor and asset management, and process development. Familiarity with AI to enhance IT service efficiency and security is a plus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your IT career.

What You’ll Do

  • Support JustAnswer’s Global IT team in managing services, including Microsoft 365, antivirus, and patch management.

  • Track and manage IT assets and licenses.

  • Oversee system setup and deactivation for employees and contractors.

  • Configure and prepare computer equipment for offices and employees.

  • Address and resolve IT issues through MS Teams and the IT ticketing system.

  • Foster strong collaboration with teams in Ukraine and India.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of IT helpdesk/tech support experience in a global organization.

  • Committed to team growth and a collaborative environment.

  • Strong communication skills and business-focused mindset.

  • Skilled in VPNs, network management, Active Directory, onboarding, and virtual servers.

  • Experienced in security, antivirus, and patch management.
