Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing a multi-channel paid digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate on the creation and management of a paid digital marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and company goals.
- Manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, display, video, and other programmatic advertising channels to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
- Measure and report on the performance of paid digital marketing campaigns using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce).
- Analyze data and trends to improve digital marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide insights and reports to cross-functional teams on key metrics and campaign performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative, SEO, operations, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Identify new paid digital marketing opportunities to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in both B2B and E-commerce.
- Proven ability to support and execute paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing budgets across multiple digital channels.
- Strong understanding of SEM, social media advertising, and their roles within broader digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid project management skills.
