The role involves managing marketing automation workflows, nurturing leads, handling SEO and social media, and organizing online events. As a T-shaped Marketer with experience in the Fashion industry, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Content teams to optimize digital efforts and achieve impactful results. You will also manage our marketing website CMS, create lead nurturing campaigns, execute email marketing campaigns, and develop analytics systems. Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/x) - Remote in DE, DK, ES, or IT - SaaS/Greentech/Fashion

What you will do

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll drive our digital marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support overall growth. This role will be essential in managing marketing automation workflows, nurturing leads, handling SEO and social media, and organizing online events. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Content teams to optimize digital efforts and achieve impactful results.

Marketing Website CMS Management:

  • Manage the content management system (CMS) for the marketing website
  • Build and optimize landing pages and ensure website content is up-to-date and optimized
  • Coordinate with the developers to implement performance changes and create new templates
  • Monitor and improve website performance (speed, bounce rate, and key metrics) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google PageSpeed Insights
  • SEO Optimization:
    • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
    • Monitor and improve SEO technical performances
    • Work with SEO consultants and the content manager to adjust SEO strategies and create accurate content to attract the target audience
  • MQL Lead Nurturing Campaign:
    • Collaborate with the content team (Content Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer) to create and manage lead nurturing campaigns
    • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
  • Outbound Marketing:
    • Email Marketing:
      • Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive ROI
      • Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve engagement and conversion rates
    • Paid Marketing:
      • Collaborate with the performance marketing agency to support ABM campaigns and deliver targeted messaging
      • LinkedIN Ads Campaign creation and management 

Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive analytics system utilizing UTM trackers and customized dashboards to accurately track key marketing performance indicators and monitor campaign ROI
  • Employ advanced web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing detailed, actionable insights to optimize strategy and execution

Support Online Events:

  • Partner with the event manager to plan, create, and promote engaging online events
  • Leverage digital marketing tools to effectively host and manage webinars, virtual conferences, and other online events, ensuring high attendance and participant engagement

Social Media Community Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to build and engage online communities
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions and feedback

Who you are

  • Multiple years of digital marketing experience(B2C or B2B)
  • Experience in a Start-Up, Scale-Up or agency background would be preferred
  • Proficient in HubSpot, SEO tools, and web analytics (Google Analytics, SEMRush)
  • Experienced in email marketing, lead nurturing, and social media management
  • Skilled in CMS management (landing pages building and optimization, content updates) and familiar with digital event tools
  • Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience, capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Fast Learner and analytical, You want to learn and grow with us
