The role involves lead qualification, net new customer acquisition, solution selling, and closing deals with nonprofit accounts. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS space, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a deep interest in the social impact market. This position is needed to play a key role in further growing Twilio’s social impact organization. As our Digital Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for lead qualification, net new customer acquisition, solution selling, and closing deals within our nonprofit accounts, while upholding the Twilio Magic and driving forward with the ultimate goal to help our customers do good.

This role will be remote and based in Ontario.
