Pismo is seeking a Director, Delivery and Implementation to manage the implementation team for exciting new projects in payments and banking. The ideal candidate will have experience with team management, technical skills in Banking, Cards, and Payments, and SAAS platform delivery. They will support internal stakeholders across the life cycle of clients and manage external stakeholders. Summary
The implementation team at Pismo manages exciting new projects related to payments and banking, taking our clients from contract signature to go-live.
What you'll do
- Manage the Delivery and Implementation Team
- Focus on Delivery and Implementation of engagements with the client
- Support internal stakeholders across the life cycle of the client
- External and Internal stakeholder management
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with team management
- Ability to manage Clients
- Technical skills in Banking, Cards and Payments
- Technical knowledge of SAAS platform delivery
- Intermediate English Level (B2)
- (Desirable) Delivery and Implementation approach
