Job Summary
StackAdapt is seeking an experienced Director, Digital & Integrated Marketing to lead their digital marketing initiatives and integrate them seamlessly across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape and have experience in people leadership, change management, and organizational transformation. They will be responsible for creating and executing an integrated digital marketing strategy that aligns with business needs from lead to revenue, as well building, developing and managing a world-class team of marketers. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, offering flexible work options, $4,000/year travel stipends, and equity in a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in people leadership, end-to-end understanding of the digital and marketing B2B funnel, and proven experience with change management and organizational transformation. They will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers, developing and implementing a comprehensive digital and integrated marketing strategy, and ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing efforts across various platforms.
Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, organic social, employee advocacy, email marketing, webinars, and more. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that the team is aligned and empowered to execute on marketing initiatives.
- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and integrated marketing strategy that supports business objectives and drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.
- Cross-Channel Integration & Journey Understanding: Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts across various platforms (e.g., website, social media, email, paid advertising, SEO) and traditional marketing channels to create a cohesive prospect and customer journey.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of relevant integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to continually improve performance and ROI.
- Digital Performance: Work with the digital marketers to strategize and optimize channel performance, driving initiatives across awareness and lead gen, ensuring budgets are applied to drive maximum exposure and revenue. Stay up-to-date with trends and AI, ensuring our strategies drive innovation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Ensure marketing channels and campaigns are set up to create end-to-end insights and understanding of the marketing funnel. Monitor and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing initiatives, utilizing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, email campaign metrics, funnel metrics) to track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively across channels to maximize return on investment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate within Marketing and with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, Product, and Creative, to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with overall business goals and brand vision.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Prior leadership and channel experience in a high growth MarTech or AdTech company, with previous ownership over digital marketing and campaigns that resulted in increased demand, lead generation, and ROI for the company
- End-to-end understanding of the digital and marketing B2B funnel, with the ability to identify areas of optimization and investment
- A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution with the ability to get into the details and do the work
- At least 8 years of experience in a people leadership position has given you a strong set of leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how to build a performance oriented culture
- Proven experience with change management and organizational transformation
- Experience working across a variety of digital and MarTech tools, such as: Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Hubspot, Inflection.io, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, sponsorship vendors and more
