OfferFit is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead strategic initiatives driving pipeline growth. Our Marketing team is expanding, and we’re excited to bring on a Director of Demand Generation to take ownership of developing and executing strategies that drive pipeline growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CMO and lead a skilled, high-potential team focused on engaging prospects at the earliest stages of their journey, creating a strong foundation for long-term success and sales impact.

In particular, you will:

  • Lead strategic demand generation initiatives: Define, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and more) to drive brand awareness, lead acquisition, and sales pipeline growth.

  • Optimize marketing automation systems: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to segment audiences, deliver personalized campaigns, automate lead scoring, and track performance through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.

  • Develop targeted nurture programs: Create and manage end-to-end lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects, accelerate pipeline movement, and improve conversion and win rates, ensuring a seamless transition between marketing and sales.

  • Develop process for multi-touch attribution: Partner with RevOps to design and implement a multi-touch attribution model, ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively measured and aligned with sales outcomes, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

  • Align sales and marketing for revenue impact: Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure alignment on lead quality, timely follow-up strategies, and continuous feedback loops that optimize pipeline velocity and drive toward shared revenue targets.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team: Develop, coach, and scale the Demand Generation team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity and results-driven performance.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events

  • Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $193,000-$233,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional bonus ranging $29,000-$35,000; Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.  Please note that we adjust compensation for non–US countries using a relative cost of labor adjustment between the US and your country of residence.  Applicants should apply via OfferFit’s internal or external careers site.
