Grow is seeking a Director of IT to build a scalable and mature Corporate IT organization. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years leading IT organizations and managing managers. They should have expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies. The Director will be responsible for building a high-performing team, developing a comprehensive IT strategy, and implementing enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks. What You'll Be Doing:
We are seeking a skilled, empathetic Director of IT to build a scalable and mature the Corporate IT organization at Grow. You’ll join a remote friendly team of 4 IT Professionals, and report directly to our Head of Security. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and scaling a high-performing IT organization to support a fast-growing business
Developing and executing a comprehensive multi-year IT strategy aligned with business objectives
Leading organizational design, building out team structure, and establishing centers of excellence
Creating healthy and productive career development pathways at all levels of your team
Setting technical direction and architectural standards across our IT landscape
Managing a large SaaS catalog and vendor relationships while optimizing IT spend
Implementing enterprise-wide IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have:
12+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years leading IT organizations and managing managers
A track record of scaling IT teams through periods of rapid company growth
Deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies (Google Workspace, macOS, Addigy, Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Apple Business Manager, etc)
A strategic mindset with proven ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
Previous success implementing IT governance frameworks and managing enterprise-wide risk

The salary range for this position is $151,000 - $210,000 USD.
Please note, Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on geographic location, leveling, and experience, so your compensation could land anywhere within the posted range.
