Profile Overview

As Director of Operations, you will act as the deputy to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our professional services and customer care delivery while improving the profitability of these areas. Additionally, you will focus on aligning the team’s efforts with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring strong internal communication, and fostering team cohesion. Your responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Lead and optimize the delivery of our professional services and customer care to ensure outstanding client satisfaction, improved efficiency, and increased profitability.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the CEO to ensure the company’s operational activities are fully aligned with long-term business strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing internal processes, implementing best practices to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Strengthen team cohesion, enhance internal communication, and ensure that all departments work seamlessly toward shared goals.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Oversee the customer success function to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, nurturing long-term partnerships with our key accounts.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and improve the profitability of service delivery through cost control, resource optimization, and streamlined workflows.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster collaboration across sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure operational objectives are met.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for service delivery and customer success to track and drive performance improvements.

What You bring to the table

  • Proven Leadership Experience in an operational role within the B2B SaaS / IT services environment.
  • Strong Background in Customer Service or Professional Services with experience managing teams and improving service delivery processes.
  • Salesforce consulting and/or project implementation experience is required
  • Financial Acumen to optimize operational efficiency and improve profitability.
  • Ability to strategically align teams, ensuring that internal communication is clear, and objectives are met across the board.
  • Experience in HR Solutions or working with HR processes is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in both French and English.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to manage change and foster a positive team environment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
