Job Summary:
The Director, People Business Partner (PBP) will serve as a key strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between the organization’s people strategy and its business objectives. This role will lead initiatives to drive talent development, organizational design, and cultural evolution, acting as a trusted consultant to senior leaders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with industry experience and a proven track record of influencing and driving change in a dynamic environment.
Strategic Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to align with business goals.
Partner with leaders to identify and solve talent-related challenges, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Lead the integration of people strategies with operational goals to drive business outcomes.
Talent Management & Development
Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with company goals, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development.
Develop and implement retention strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Organizational Effectiveness
Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts, mergers, or restructures.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess and enhance team effectiveness and collaboration.
Provide insights through workforce analytics to influence decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Culture & Employee Experience
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, creating a workplace that reflects the values and priorities of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic business partner or HR leadership role.
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a similar fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment.
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience working in an organization experiencing rapid growth or transformation.
Familiarity with HR technology and workforce analytics platforms.
$187,500 - $240,000 a year
This U.S. based, full-time position offers the above base salary range + equity + benefits + bonus plan.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
