The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or similar roles, with a proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. They will design and implement a comprehensive AI and tool automation strategy across the revenue tech stack, lead a high-performing team focused on AI integration, tools, and productivity enhancement, and partner with revenue leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation. We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead AI-driven productivity transformation, sales tools adoption and competence across our revenue organization. Our ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with strong execution capabilities, embracing a "test and learn" mentality while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes. This position reports directly to VP, Sales & Partner Enablement.

What you’ll be doing:
- Design and implement a comprehensive AI and tool automation strategy across our revenue tech stack, including Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo etc. and our learning platforms
- Lead the expansion of our existing AI capabilities, including a Slack-based AI assistant, to maximize its potential across multiple use cases
- Drive rapid implementation of AI-powered solutions and tools
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on AI integration, tools and productivity enhancement
- Partner with revenue leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation
- Measure and optimize the ROI of AI implementations across the revenue organization
- Create scalable frameworks for AI adoption and training across teams
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or similar roles
- 8+ years experience with selling tools such as SFDC, Gong / Chorus, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional project management and execution skills
- Strategic thinking with a bias for action and rapid implementation
