Figma is a data-driven organization. Data Infrastructure owns the platform used across the company to generate financial reports, key business metrics (e.g., WAU / MAU, etc), product analytics, etc. We are making significant investments to build a self-serve platform that can address a wide range of needs from across the company – from understanding our user’s experience with Figma to ensuring that our financial pipelines are robust. Strong partnership mentality and ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholder groups, such as Data Science, Finance, Engineering and Product.
Experience building both online and offline distributed systems at scale as an engineer or leader.
