Description of Duties
Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced and strategic solutions marketer to establish and build our solutions marketing function. This role will focus on driving product adoption and conversion through a combination of customer-centric enablement, product content, and impactful website optimization. In this role, you will work with experts across the organization to evolve the web pages focused on selling our products and partner with the web team to support a smooth CMS migration. You will also play a crucial role in establishing and building the solutions marketing function, potentially growing and managing a high-performing technical content team in the future.
This position is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with Product, Engineering, Self-Serve, Content, Web, and Design teams. Your work will directly impact sales and conversion by creating compelling product content and ensuring it reaches the right audience at the right time. You’ll also empower customers to derive value from our products through well-structured customer enablement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish the strategy, structure, and execution of the Solutions Marketing function (including eventually building a team).
- Establish the strategy (working with Self Serve, Product, and Content) for Grafana.com's product-focused sections to drive customer enablement and product-driven growth.
- Formalize the process for digital content optimization, focusing on building and updating the Grafana.com product pages, in collaboration with Product, Self Serve, and the Director of Content.
- Contribute to the CMS migration project to ensure the seamless integration of product content while optimizing for search and conversion.
- Help architect the workflow with the Web and Design teams to ensure the product web page updates run smoothly and at a regular cadence.
- Help maintain the editorial calendar, working with product managers, engineering teams, PR, and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate scheduling and coverage.
- Nurture cross-functional relationships with Product and Engineering teams to gain an understanding of their roadmap, needs, and priorities, and share this knowledge with the team to help inform Marketing plans.

You have an understanding of how to capture the value of Grafana Labs' products, features, and ecosystem in order to drive acquisition and growth sales motions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in solutions or product marketing, or a related field, with an experience in customer enablement and digital marketing
- Proven success in managing website content and workflows, SEO optimization, and working with CMS systems
- Experience with translating complex and technical capabilities clearly, creating digital assets with strong positioning and messaging around Grafana
- Comfort working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
- Experience hiring, managing, and growing teams
- Ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders to produce and approve content while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team-oriented, fast-paced, distributed, and dynamic environment.
