Thus, we seek a remote, US-based Director of Talent Acquisition to join our global Talent Acquisition team.

The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will drive all aspects of our talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies and full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes. You will work closely with leadership across the company to ensure we continue attracting top talent, fostering an inclusive culture, and building high-performing teams. In this leadership role, you will report to the VP, People & Culture and lead a dedicated team of talent acquisition professionals (both full-time and temp).

What would your day look like? 

  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead and manage a global team of talent acquisition professionals focusing on a wide range of hiring across Testlio. You'll provide guidance and mentorship and foster a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on hiring top talent.
  • Strategic Recruiting: Partner with leaders to understand the hiring needs of the business and develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent across all functions, globally.
  • Talent Pipeline & Forecasting: Support the building and maintenance of a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Work with leadership to forecast talent requirements and proactively address hiring challenges.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Use extensive data and analytics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Provide actionable insights to leadership, optimizing recruitment processes, and making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience: We have a high bar for talent and a comprehensive recruitment process. Ensure a positive, efficient, and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding. Continuously improve processes to ensure a best-in-class experience, while maintaining our high standards.
  • Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts diverse talent and reflects Testlio’s values, culture, and mission.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience: 7-10 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a recruiting team in a global, fully remote environment.
  • Managed Services Experience: Experience with a technology-enabled (e.g., such as Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, etc.) company where client-centricity, speed, and flexibility were key to success. Ability to handle urgent, high-volume hiring needs while maintaining high standards of candidate quality.
  • Expertise in Recruiting & Talent Strategy: Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Proven track record of scaling talent acquisition efforts.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies to enhance employer branding and deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Global Recruiting Knowledge: Familiarity with different regions' international hiring practices, labor laws, and cultural nuances.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring remote teams. Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex recruiting strategies to diverse audiences.
  • High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams from diverse backgrounds while promoting an inclusive and respectful culture.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven: Highly proficient in using recruiting software and systems to manage candidate pipelines, analyze data, and streamline recruitment processes—proven track record of managing comprehensive and complex recruiting KPI and metrics systems to drive results.
