As a Documentation and Training Specialist, you will analyze and restructure knowledge bases, develop training processes, and create operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage client project plans, identify documentation gaps, and continuously improve training materials. With experience in fintech or cryptocurrency sectors, you will be part of a passionate team shaping the future of crypto payments. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Analyze and restructure the existing knowledge base to enhance usability and accessibility
- Training Process Development: Participate in the development and implementation of an effective cross-company onboarding and training process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company
- Knowledge Assessment Framework: Assist in designing and lead the maintenance of a framework to assess the knowledge and performance of team members, ensuring they meet operational standards
- Operational Procedures Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery
- Process Improvement: Identify documentation and training gaps, gather feedback, and work collaboratively to enhance content and training materials. Work closely with the Quality Specialist on the identification and improvements of those gaps
- Training and Documentation Metrics: Develop simple metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and documentation, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with team needs
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on training programs, onboarding, assessments, and more
- Partnering with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with sales, compliance, product, and implementation teams to manage multiple client project plans
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a documentation or training-related role, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency sectors
- Experience in creating and optimizing operational procedures and training materials
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams
- Familiarity with risk management and process optimization techniques
- Experience with analytics tools or data analysis methods is a plus
- Experience in integrating partner solutions is a strong advantage
- Preferable: Experience with prompt engineering and generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-text and text-to-video applications)
Skills Required:
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly convey information in both written and verbal formats, as well as present training content effectively
- Process Documentation Skills: Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and effectively document operational processes
- Feedback and Improvement Management: Skills in gathering feedback from stakeholders, identifying documentation gaps, and continuously improving training and documentation resources
- Ability to Translate Technical Information: Proficiency in translating technical product information into clear, business-oriented language suitable for the target audience
