Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Regional Demand Generation: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth, focusing on partner programs, account-based marketing (ABM), paid media, digital marketing, and regional events.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the EMEA sales team to provide marketing support, create localized collateral, and ensure alignment with go-to-market priorities.
- Event & Field Marketing: Work with Event Marketing leader to plan and execute regional events, industry conferences, webinars, and partner-led activities to drive engagement with key accounts.
- Partner Marketing: Collaborate with strategic partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that increase awareness and adoption of Mattermost.
- Content & Localization: Ensure marketing materials, case studies, and messaging are adapted to resonate with EMEA audiences and address local regulatory requirements.
- Marketing Analytics: Contribute to the measurement of the effectiveness of marketing programs, optimizing campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI.
- Brand Awareness: Drive Mattermost’s thought leadership in mission-critical communications through PR, analyst relations, and content marketing in key EMEA regions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in EMEA, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or mission-critical software.
- Proven experience in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and field marketing.
- Strong understanding of government, defense, intelligence, security and critical infrastructure sectors in EMEA is a plus.
- Experience working with ecosystem partners and cloud service providers is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Highly adaptable to changing priorities and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Experience working with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and EMEA system integrators.
- Familiarity with EMEA capture strategies and government procurement processes.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture while managing the tactical execution.
- Collaborative: Works well cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams.
