Weights & Biases is a Series C company seeking an Enablement Program Manager to support the execution of enablement programs across their Revenue organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting high-performing teams. They will facilitate the development, execution, and continuous improvement of enablement programs, content, and tools, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement leadership. The role involves onboarding new hires, scheduling trainings, managing enablement content libraries, and tracking key program metrics. With a strong organizational and time management skillset, the successful candidate will contribute to building learning paths, improving programs over time, and maintaining clear documentation of enablement activities. Job Description
Responsibilities
- With guidance from Enablement leadership, drive onboarding programs for new hires, scheduling trainings and tracking course completion
- Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for training sessions and workshops
- Manage, maintain and regularly audit our enablement content library (CMS/LMS), ensuring materials are current, relevant, and easily accessible
- Partner with Enablement leadership to build learning paths and track progress and completion
- Work closely with enablement, sales leadership, and product marketing to uplevel existing onboarding and product proficiency programs
- Assist in gathering feedback from stakeholders and participants to improve programs over time
- Help develop slide decks, enablement materials, and internal communications for trainings and launches
- Track key program metrics and support reporting efforts to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience
- Experience in enablement, sales/sales development, or program/project coordinationStrong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally and balancing the needs of diverse stakeholder groups
- Comprehension of B2B SaaS sales cycle and seller needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience with CRM and enablement tools (Guru, Highspot, Seismic, WorkRamp, etc.)
- Nice to have skills & experience: Interest or experience in instructional design or adult learningPassion for or experience in the AI industry
