As a manager, you will be responsible for scaling up your team, identifying career goals, and creating development plans. You will also serve as a thought partner to product and upper management, ensuring alignment with company goals. With a strong focus on user experience and empathy, this role is ideal for experienced managers who can lead dynamic teams in a fast-moving environment. The salary range is $217k-$304k per year.
