Redditors produce the most amazing content about every niche topic – this underleveraged data coupled with modern advances in AI systems is presenting a unique opportunity to quickly build a new kind of search engine. In this role, you will support a team of mobile, frontend, and backend engineers, partner closely with a variety of AI/ML relevance and infra teams, and ship delightful new product experiences.

Deliver high-quality delightful new AI/search experiences
Support engineers on the team by helping them develop their skills, find impact, and execute effectively
Set technical and product direction for Answers
Collaborate effectively with multiple product, infra, and ranking teams.

Identify your team’s needs, write job descriptions, source, interview, and help close candidates.

Qualifications
3+ years supporting engineers as a manager
Some experience working on a relevance driven product (either as an engineer or an EM)
Background as a product engineer with a track record of building some consumer products that people love
Familiar with fast moving, dynamic, cross-functional teams
Strong focus on user experience, high empathy, excellent communication skills
