Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Business Growth & Sales Cycle Mastery: Your key focus will be on driving new business by landing and nurturing customer relationships, coupled with managing the full sales cycle to ensure Orum's expansion in the enterprise market.
- Strategic Planning & Collaborative Execution: Engage in strategic planning for customer acquisition and collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success Managers. This collaboration is vital for building a robust pipeline and deepening client relationships.
- Performance & Growth: Own the responsibility for all aspects of bookings growth, from prospecting to closing new deals, while consistently meeting and surpassing quota-driven goals, representing Orum’s dedication to growth and excellence.
- Travel & Work Remotely: Get the opportunity to travel with fellow Orumites and see potential customers in person!
Must Have:
- Proven Sales Expertise: 3+ years closing net new B2B SaaS Enterprise Accounts.
- Background in Sales Development: Experience as a top-performing Sales Development Representative or in sales development within a high-growth environment is highly valued.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong writing and speaking skills will be key in articulating complex solutions to our clients.
- Driven by Results: Self-starter, eager to learn, and proficient in prospecting and project management.
ColdBold-Calling: You believe in the power of the phone and making human connections!- Travel Requirement: Candidates must be willing to travel for events and customer calls.
Nice To Have:
- Knowledge of MEDDIC methodology.
- Experience in selling to sales or marketing leaders.
- Record of surpassing sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
