Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services or products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue goals and drive customer success.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and at industry events when necessary.
- Manage pipeline and own weekly forecasting responsibilities within the CRM platform.
- Lead, organize and present business reviews onsite with customers - expected travel around 25%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the cybersecurity or software industry is a plus.
- Fluent German speaking
- Sandler Sales Certified a plus
