About the Positon

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue retention and growth. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services or products.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to address client needs and resolve issues.

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue goals and drive customer success.

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and at industry events when necessary.

  • Manage pipeline and own weekly forecasting responsibilities within the CRM platform. 

  • Lead, organize and present business reviews onsite with customers - expected travel around 25%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.

  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of account management principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or software industry is a plus.

  • Sandler Sales Certified a plus
