In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping HackerRank's vision of prioritizing 'skills over pedigree' in developer hiring and career growth. Your contributions will encompass optimizing customers' utilization of HackerRank in their hiring processes. Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues, you will elevate our strategic partnerships with customers.
Maintain full functional and process knowledge of HackerRank products and services as well as market awareness and knowledge of competitive threats
Formulate BoB strategy (coverage, adoption, revenue, cadence) to retain and grow BoB
Create and execute Account Plans (inclusive of Success Plans) for all accounts
Formulate business strategy (coverage, demand gen, sales execution, cadence) to drive new business in target accounts or segments
Effectively captain internal teams to execute BoB Strategy and Account Plans
Ensure adequate customer engagement to meet account plan goals
Build and maintain relationships with exec sponsors, champions & stakeholders
Create adequate pipeline within accounts to meet expansion goals
Retain revenue and renew customers on time
Structure fair commercial terms that allow both the HackerRank and the customer to grow
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
