Position Overview:

The Enterprise Architect is a critical individual contributor role on our growing Customer team. In this role, you will work with our enterprise customers (primarily as part of implementation, but also as part of the sales processes) to plan for the deployment of OfferFit in the context of their complex and evolving tech stacks. As the expert in OfferFit’s integration patterns and our customers’ tech stacks, you will play a key role supporting our customers and expert services team in setting up integration workflows in a way that synergizes with our customers’ tendencies and patterns. In the case of novel integration workflows, you will take a lead role in development effort (including getting access to customer environments as needed), working with implementation and product partners as needed. Where applicable, you will support the product team to generalize integrations built originally by product partners. Finally, on sales pursuits you will assist sales teams with architecture and data management scoping in cases with novel and experimental use cases, instances of high architectural complexity (e.g., unfamiliar/homegrown tools), or in the context of large deals or expansions with multiple business units with different stacks.

In particular, you will:

  • Develop expertise on OfferFit's product offerings, integration patterns, and how these align with modern enterprise systems.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, as well as internal OfferFit stakeholders in Implementation, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position OfferFit in relation to them.
  • Collaborate with OfferFit customers during the technical design and implementation phases of use cases to define technical requirements, design solution architectures, and plan integration workflows.
  • Evaluate existing customer enterprise architecture landscapes, identifying optimal design patterns and guiding principles for integrating OfferFit products in their existing environment.
  • Scope and propose solution architecture designs for OfferFit customers, highlighting feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture requirements.
  • Ensure architecture designs adhere to relevant security best practices, compliance requirements, and IAM standards.
  • Collaborate with customer security teams to address authentication, authorization, data governance, and privacy considerations.
  • Contribute to training materials, documentation, and best practice guides to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and accelerated onboarding.

Why is it great:

  1. Be the face of the company, working alongside our customers to help them succeed.
  2. Lead the AI transformation happening in marketing technology today — OfferFit is at the forefront, so you’ll be in the middle of the action.
  3. Get in at an early stage to help define the vision, shape culture, and hire more awesome people across all engineering teams.
  4. Work in a team that not only talks the talk of development best practices, but walks the walk — unit & integration tests, modular design, CI/CD, pair programming, code reviews — the works.
  5. Join OfferFit’s fast-paced, supportive, and professional team. We make sure all of our team members are empowered and receive great mentorship and coaching.

Who’s a fit:

  • Entrepreneurial: you take initiative, work around obstacles, and always seek creative ways to get to the next level
  • Technology enthusiast: you are passionate about new technologies and their potential to impact business-as-usual
  • People person: you build trust-based relationships with external partners, and combine empathy with a willingness to have direct, challenging conversations
  • Analytically-driven: You are able to draw insights from raw data and perform analysis that is helpful and clear to customers
  • Structured and organized: you can structure a plan, align stakeholders, and see it through to execution
  • Clear communicator: you are able to express yourself clearly and persuasively, both in writing and speech
  • Experienced working directly with enterprise customers (in particular, architecture SMEs)
  • Very familiar with common architecture patterns and tools (e.g., common cloud platforms, data platforms, CDPs, activation platforms)
  • Comfortable being “hands-on” in a broad range of areas including cloud architecture, ETL, security, performance analysis, and analytics

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Up to 20% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $248,000 - $256,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional bonus ranging $44,000 - $45,000. Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Please note that we adjust compensation for non–US countries using a relative cost of labor adjustment between the US and your country of residence. Applicants should apply via OfferFit’s internal or external careers site.

  • Generous PTO (starting at 25 days PTO per year) and Parental Leave policy (12 weeks paid)
  • 100% remote work environment with flexible hours

  • Ability to learn and develop from an experienced leadership team (ex-Amazon, McKinsey, BCG, and IBM, among others) who are focused on building a talented, diverse, and inclusive team
  • Dedication to building a strong culture (e.g., team resource groups, weekly recognitions, major life event celebrations, mental health/sustainability days off, etc.)
  • [US Only] Competitive Employee benefits (major medical, vision, dental, LTD and parental leave) and 401K matching program
