Superside is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Enterprise team and drive growth through outbound sales efforts. The role involves establishing initial contact with enterprise customers, building relationships, and generating high-value sales opportunities. With a portfolio of 450+ customers including Meta, Amazon, Shopify, and Salesforce, this full-time remote position requires creativity, critical thinking, and proficiency in sales tech stack tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, SalesLoft, Vidyard, and Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience, a proven track record in achieving commercial targets, and hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Establish initial contact with multiple contacts at target enterprise accounts using a robust and effective multichannel approach (phone, email, social & video)
- Leverage your creativity and critical thinking skills to come up with effective messages and touchpoints to convert account intent signals into a conversation
- Qualify target accounts by uncovering customer needs, pain points, and buyer readiness, generating high-value sales opportunities
- Create and nurture opportunities, book meetings, and set up the account executive team for success
- Leverage a world-class sales tech stack (Salesforce, 6sense, SalesLoft, Vidyard, Sales Navigator) to identify, nurture, and convert accounts
- Collaborate with Sales & Revenue leadership to develop and refine outbound sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Act as a brand ambassador on social platforms, positioning yourself as an expert in the field of marketing and design
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years of relevant working experience, of which at least 2+ years as a Business Development Representative selling to US or North American markets, with a preferred experience from creative agencies and/or SaaS tech companies.
- Experience with (or deep desire to learn) Salesforce, 6sense, SalesLoft, Vidyard, and Sales Navigator.
- A proven top performance in previous sales and/or commercial jobs with a track record in achieving commercial targets from selling and/or working with enterprise customers.
- An outbound selling mastery and the fundamentals of what makes an unengaged prospect a high-value opportunity.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and the ability to implement a modern playbook that leverages intent signals and multiple channels (phone, email, social, video, etc.) to convert accounts.
- Highly proficient and outstanding English communicator, confident in speaking with and pitching to executive management on the phone, via video conference, or in writing.
- Self-starter mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
Our biggest challenge right now
- We just hit the milestone of $50M ARR, and we are hungry for further growth. We plan to drive outbound sales activities, so it represents 50% of our New Business MRR. Our Enterprise vertical is critical to achieving our goals and taking Superside to the next stage.
