ElevenLabs is a pioneering voice technology company seeking a seasoned Technology marketer to accelerate Enterprise sales in Japan. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Enterprise growth/marketing, strong understanding of the Japan market, and fluency in Japanese and English languages. They will be responsible for defining growth strategy, driving leads, and nurturing existing pipeline. With high autonomy and ownership, the role offers opportunities for innovation, collaboration with a global team, and continuous growth. While we support remote work, we are looking for someone based in Japan with a strong understanding of the Japan market.

About the role

We’re hiring a seasoned Technology marketer focused on accelerating our Enterprise sales in Japan. You’ll play a key role in defining our growth strategy in Japan and be responsible for driving more leads and nurture our existing pipeline. You’ll translate growth efforts and collateral that have worked in the US and broader EU for the Japan market, running events and webinars, producing thought leadership content, crafting and optimizing nurture sequences, creating sales collateral, finding the best partnership and sponsorship opportunities, working with our performance marketing team for retargeting and ABM, and more. You’ll have significant ownership and high autonomy.

What you bring

  • 5+ years experience doing Enterprise growth/marketing 

  • Based in (or strong understanding of) Japan market

  • Strong at copywriting and content development

  • Product marketing ability - deeply understanding the customer base and determining how to position and message the product

  • Analytical skills - you can use Google Sheets and/or SQL to understand the impact of the work you’re doing

  • Ownership, autonomy, bias to action

  • Fluency in Japanese and English languages

Bonus Experience:

  • Proficiency in 1 or more relevant channels (cold email / SEO / managing affiliates / performance marketing)

  • Product sense

  • Design skills
