Job Summary

BPM is seeking an IT M365, Exchange, SCCM, Intune Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these technologies and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM, and Intune environments, as well as troubleshooting technical issues related to these systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Summary: BPM is seeking a highly skilled IT M365, Exchange, SCCM, Intune Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM, and Intune environments. This role requires a deep understanding of these technologies and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM, and Intune environments. 
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365, Exchange, SCCM, and Intune. 
- Manage a wide variety of software via Intuneand SCCM on over a thousand Windows endpoints in a hybrid environment as well as an Entra only environment. 
 - Manage around a thousand iOS and Android devices via Intune. 
- Ensure that all devices are compliant with compa- ny policies and security standards 
- Manage DMARC, DKIM and SPF in an environment with multiple domains and sub-domains. 
- Create and maintainbasic Low Code solutions for the firm. 
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. 
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and support teams. 
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration with a focus on M365, Exchange, SCCM, and Intune. 
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM, and Intune. 
- Experience with PowerShell as well as PowerBI, Power Apps and other Low Code solutions. 
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure -Administrator Associate) are a plus. 
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams. 
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. 
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
