About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. In this role, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate key projects, and handle communications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping everything on track in a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Things you will do:

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Assist in organizing company events, offsites, and leadership meetings.
  • Support project coordination across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.

What you already bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
