What we are looking for:
This is a key role supporting our Chief Revenue Officer to help ensure objectives across the Sales organization are on-track. In this position, you will report directly to the CRO and support the day-to-day operations of the CRO organization. Some calendar management and meeting coordination is required in addition to attending meetings with the CRO on an as needed basis. Leading and supporting special projects will also be a key part of this position.
Role Responsibilities:
Support the CRO’s day to day activities as required
Proactively plan for meetings in the CRO’s calendar and ensure all presentations and agenda items are prepared and complete prior to scheduled meetings
Initiate and create presentation slides, meeting documents, talking points and other briefing materials for upcoming meetings that require the CRO’s attendance
Attend meetings with CRO as needed, take meeting notes, track action items for all attendees and follow through to completion
Assist CRO with strategic initiatives and projects as assigned (i.e. Annual Sales Kickoff event planning)
Assist CRO in preparing and organizing materials, including key performance data and strategic updates for monthly Board of Directors meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
Prior experience working with executives in the public or private sector
Strong business acumen and customer relations experience
Ability to anticipate the needs and urgency of the CRO and respond
Advanced time management and organizational skills with the ability to problem solve
Proven success in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong multi-tasking skills
Strong ability to prioritize and take initiative on tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert level working experience in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to observe and maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stress

Compensation and Benefits:
The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
Compensation Range:
MIN: $63,200 - MID: $79,000 - MAX: $94,800 USD
