They execute North EMEA short and long-term multi-channel campaigns, lead generation, program effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, local-first campaign execution, market feedback, regional goals, and post-campaign reporting. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the UK and German market with professional-level language skills, a proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, strong data-driven skills, and a mindset geared towards continual improvement and optimization of campaign processes. They must be able to thrive in dynamic global environments, resolve ambiguity quickly, and have a passion for working with sales and partner teams.

The Marketing Managers are responsible for building integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline for the sales team. They are focused on driving high-quality account engagement thru the marketing/sales funnel that results in bookings and revenue for the business. They partner with sales, BDRs and across functions to ensure that our resources are maximized and we are supporting to drive new business at every touchpoint. They participate in regular team meetings and brainstorms and provide meaningful, actionable data to leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Campaign Support and Execution: Proactively execute North EMEA short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline

  • Lead Generation: Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for the North EMEA Sales teams, and measure and report on critical sales funnel metrics

  • Program Effectiveness: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, the global marketing team, the agencies, and partner teams to deliver full-funnel marketing programs

  • Local-First Campaign Execution: Focus on executing campaigns tailored to specific market needs and verticals

  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to broader teams about market conditions, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvement

  • Support Regional Goals: Assist in achieving North EMEA-wide marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success in the region

  • Partner with the BDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes

  • Team Updates: Regularly update marketing, sales, and product teams about regional customer behaviours, buying preferences, and patterns

What we're looking for:

  • Regional Expertise: Extensive experience in the UK and German market with professional-level language skills

  • 5 years of Marketing experience

  • Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Campaign Execution: Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Data-Driven: Proficient in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimize performance
