Responsibilities

- Architect and translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, including the development of custom scripts using JavaScript/JSQL to automate processes and extend system functionality.
- Engage directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve process efficiencies.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for software development.
- Offer strategic recommendations to business users and executives, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Support day-to-day system operations, advocating for and implementing a data-driven culture.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a systems analysis or project management role, with significant exposure to financial systems.
