Location: This is a 100% remote role open to those who reside in EMEA or APAC regions. Due to our compensation strategy, we are not considering applicants from high-cost-of-living locations such as Singapore, Benelux, DACH, France, Nordics, and the UK.

We are hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate (FP&A) to join our growing finance team. This is the company's first FP&A hire, and in this role, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our FP&A function from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. What would your day look like?
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and drivers of business performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for ELT and the Board.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Partner closely with business leaders across all departments to understand their financial needs and provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, HR, and Platform teams.
- Collaborate with the Delivery and People team to build and maintain capacity planning and forecasting models.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation possibilities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into business performance.
What do you need to succeed?
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field focusing on quantitative subjects.
- 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth environment, preferably within investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A at a technology/services company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic, curious, and driven to find impactful solutions.
- Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills, including proficiency in data querying, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
