We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Developer Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure seamless user experiences and efficient application performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers in building scalable and efficient mobile applications.
- Architect, develop, and deploy high-quality Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Drive best practices in software development, including clean code, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Maintain code quality, conduct code reviews, and enforce development guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart trends and technologies.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices in mobile app development.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an agile development process.
- Drive innovation and propose technical solutions to complex challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Flutter and Dart with a strong understanding of mobile development principles.
- Hands-on experience with State Management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, etc.).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
- Proficiency in working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and ability to work with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications.
- Strong understanding of version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for Flutter.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase Firestore, etc.).
- Previous experience in publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Contribution to open-source projects or active participation in the Flutter community.
