We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Developer Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure seamless user experiences and efficient application performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers in building scalable and efficient mobile applications.
• Architect, develop, and deploy high-quality Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Drive best practices in software development, including clean code, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Maintain code quality, conduct code reviews, and enforce development guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart trends and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices in mobile app development.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an agile development process.
• Drive innovation and propose technical solutions to complex challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Flutter and Dart with a strong understanding of mobile development principles.
• Hands-on experience with State Management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
• Proficiency in working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and ability to work with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications.
• Strong understanding of version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for Flutter.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase Firestore, etc.).
• Previous experience in publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Contribution to open-source projects or active participation in the Flutter community.
