Over 100,000 people rely on ZOE Membership, our personalized nutrition program, to make smarter food choices. ZOE Membership turns complex science into clear step-by-step actions, helping you improve your health with every meal.

About the team

The Operations team is responsible for the execution and success of our D2C member experience and B2B supply chain. This team covers all backend operations from order to results delivery for our food products and home testing kits; and retail product supply chain. This includes inventory & fulfilment, vendor management & performance, and testing data analysis. We bridge the gap between member expectations and lived experience. Our team is innovative, driven and passionate about ZOE’s mission to improve the health of millions.

About the role

We’re looking for a supply chain specialist to support in the development of efficient and effective supply chains for new products which are yet to hit the market, within a recently launched new food category. In doing this, you will strive for economic efficiencies and excellent pricing agreements. You will use data to optimise stock management to effectively balance sales forecasts with targeted stockholding valuations, expiration date management and subscription models. You will also have knowledge of food product supply chain, and customs import and export processes. The role will also include driving efficiencies in the procurement of goods for existing products.

You’ll be…

  • Responsible for procurement operations across our new food category, and supporting Vendor Management on minimising cost per unit and project teams in supporting new product development

  • Supporting procurement of existing inventory

  • Coordinating the import and export of goods to and from the UK and US from worldwide suppliers, and be responsible for inter-company transfers

  • Creating stock management processes for new products

  • Supporting cross-functional projects and optimising collaboration across departments

  • Supporting the launch of new products

  • Responsible for regulatory compliance for movement of goods

  • Optimising existing processes, including working closely with suppliers and Finance to maximise inventory turnover, weeks on hand and minimise shrinkage

  • Monitoring and analysing key operational metrics to assess inventory performance, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions for improvement

  • Streamlining workflows and ensure consistency in operations

We think this role would be a great fit if you…

  • Experience in supply chain management.

  • You must have experience in food or beverage product supply chain.

  • You have previously sourced and procured brand new products.

  • You have knowledge and experience of international customs regulations and requirements.

  • You’re a confident communicator, experienced working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

  • You’re able to use data to inform decision making.

  • You take the initiative to get things done and offer creative solutions to operational challenges.

  • You’re able to work in an ambiguous, changing environment and adapt quickly to new projects and objectives.

  • You’re collaborative, positive, people-oriented and enthusiastic.

  • You have technical experience using inventory management platforms.

It would be an added bonus if…

  • You have experience using BigQuery and SQL

Listed above is a snapshot of the experience, skills and attributes we think would come handy for the success in this role. Are you passionate about ZOE and this role but don't tick 100% of the boxes above? Please consider applying anyway. We are happy to up-skill where possible.

The experience, skills, and attributes listed above reflect what we believe will contribute to success in this role. If you're passionate about ZOE and the opportunity, but don't meet 100% of the criteria, we still encourage you to apply. We are committed to supporting growth and are happy to offer upskilling opportunities where possible.

Compensation Philosophy

At ZOE, we are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation that reflects the value of each role and aligns with regional labor market standards. Our approach to compensation goes beyond just base salary — we offer a comprehensive package that includes base pay and stock options, ensuring that every team member is rewarded for their contributions to the company’s growth and success.

We believe that building a thriving team requires not only providing fair and competitive compensation but also fostering an environment where success is shared collectively. At ZOE, we continue to build a benefits package that invests in our team members’ long-term personal and professional growth and wellbeing, adding to this list as it evolves.

Equal opportunities

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive team where every individual can bring their authentic self to work. We believe that this is key to our success and are dedicated to positively impacting the tech industry.
