We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Behavior Therapist (Remote) in New Jersey for a full-time position with Fort Health. The role involves treating lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions, providing ongoing support by clinical supervisors, and partnering with pediatricians to maximize success. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a customizable caseload, flexible schedule, stability of employment, holidays, PTO, malpractice coverage, and opportunities for career progression. You will work with insurance-based populations without dealing with insurance plans, have access to a therapist-friendly EMR, and receive a laptop provided by the company. The compensation package includes a minimum of 15 clinical hours/week, with flexibility to adjust your capacity and earnings each month. We offer a retention bonus, CEU stipend, referral program, and a range of benefits.
