We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Behavior Therapist (Remote) in New Jersey for a full-time W2 role with benefits eligibility. The position involves treating lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions, providing flexible scheduling options, stability of employment, and opportunities for career progression. As a therapist at Fort Health, you will work with insurance-based populations without dealing with insurance plans, have access to dedicated front desk and care managers, and utilize our therapist-friendly EMR system. The ideal candidate is licensed in New Jersey, has 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, and possesses strong communication skills. How compensation works

  • Fort Health offers a customizable caseload to suit your needs and circumstances.
  • Full-time therapists are expected to deliver a minimum of 15 clinical hours/week.

  • A typical therapist delivers 28 clinical hours/week and earn $85,000 not including bonuses

Schedule: 

  • Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET
  • Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm ET

What We're Looking For

  1. Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred).
  2. Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
  4. Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members
  5. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
