We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Behavior Therapist (Remote) in New Jersey for a full-time W2 role with benefits eligibility. The position involves treating lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions, providing flexible scheduling options, stability of employment, and opportunities for career progression. As a therapist at Fort Health, you will work with insurance-based populations without dealing with insurance plans, have access to dedicated front desk and care managers, and utilize our therapist-friendly EMR system. The ideal candidate is licensed in New Jersey, has 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, and possesses strong communication skills.
