We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced Lead Engineer (Cloud & DevOps) to join our team in a technical leadership capacity with a proven track record of implementing infrastructure best practices & optimizing DevOps practices.
 In this role, you will serve as a technical expert in cloud Infrastructure Support overseeing various aspects of Multi Cloud Operations, GKE, AKS, SRE, IT system Administration, Tools, Cloud DBs & DevOps, ITSM processes.
 You will play a crucial role in coordinating & managing the technical, peripheral, & management aspects of our Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps team, driving efficiency, security, & collaboration.

Location: Hybrid position requiring in-office presence twice a week at the office located in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

    • IaaS, PaaS, IaaC, & cloud native deployments for Operational & performance efficiency
    • Multi Cloud Operational Support: Solid understanding & hands-on experience with GCP primary & Azure secondary.
    • General DevOps: Proven expertise in implementing & optimizing DevOps practices to enhance the development & deployment lifecycle. (Terraform, Ansible & Python)
    • Google Cloud IAM & Azure AD: Strong knowledge of respective services & its integration with cloud-based services.
    • Security Topology: In-depth understanding, including best practices for securing infrastructure & data. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, security, & collaboration within the offsite team.
    • GKE, AKS, SRE & IT system administration (Linux & Window) & patching with a focus on optimizing performance & ensuring reliability.
    • Confluent Kafka & Google API Services: Troubleshoot & support various Google services and APIGEE
    • Monitoring: Deploying & providing support to Infra & Application Performance Management tools (Dynatrace), as well as firefighting production problems that are performance related.
    • ITSM tool\ Jira: Familiarity with ITSM tool\Jira for Operations & project management & issue tracking.

    • Peripheral Skills:
    • Infosec: Understanding of & hands-on experience with information security principles & practices to enhance overall system security.
    • IDP: Solid experience with Identity Provider (IDP) systems & their integration into DevOps workflows.

    • Management Skills:
    • Agile: Experience in implementing Agile methodologies to streamline processes, plan & manage work, & CSI.
    • Planning: Proven ability to create & execute effective plans to meet operational project objectives & deadlines.
    • Organization: Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks & priorities efficiently.

•The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $116,100 - $170,280.
•The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $123,600 - $181,280.
•The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $135,300 - $198,440. 

Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
