Job Summary

Welocalize is seeking a German and English Music Specialist to perform music lyrics transcription and Quality Assurance/review of content. The ideal candidate will have strong music, lyrics, metadata, data analyst, translation backgrounds and excellent linguistic skills in both languages. As a Music Specialist, you will analyze music lyrics content 65% of the time, transcribing lyrics, 25% proofreading/editing, and 10% analyzing metadata. You will work remotely from Ireland or the UK, with a competitive salary of €35,000/year (£31,850) and benefits. Welocalize is seeking candidates with a native-level of German and English to perform music lyrics transcription and Quality Assurance/review of the content. The perfect candidate can be located in Ireland or the UK. Our Fortune 100 tech client is looking for candidates with strong music, lyrics, metadata, data analyst, translation backgrounds.

Position: German and English Music Specialist
Location: Remote, Ireland/ or UK based
Workweek: 5 days a week (Monday- Friday) 40 hours/week
Competitive Salary: €35,000 £31,850/year for the UK
Permanent Contract with benefits

As a Music Specialist you will be responsible of analyzing Music Lyrics Content in German and English. 65% of the time transcribing lyrics, 25% proofreading/editing and 10% analyzing metadata. Excellent linguistic skills, music knowledge. You will need passion for technology and a will to question the current workflows with the mindset to improve tools and processes.
