Job Summary
Welocalize is seeking a German and English Music Specialist to perform music lyrics transcription and Quality Assurance/review of content. The ideal candidate will have strong music, lyrics, metadata, data analyst, translation backgrounds and excellent linguistic skills in both languages. As a Music Specialist, you will analyze music lyrics content 65% of the time, transcribing lyrics, 25% proofreading/editing, and 10% analyzing metadata. You will work remotely from Ireland or the UK, with a competitive salary of €35,000/year (£31,850) and benefits. Welocalize is seeking candidates with a native-level of German and English to perform music lyrics transcription and Quality Assurance/review of the content. Position: German and English Music Specialist
Location: Remote, Ireland/ or UK based
Workweek: 5 days a week (Monday- Friday) 40 hours/week
Competitive Salary: €35,000 £31,850/year for the UK

As a Music Specialist you will be responsible of analyzing Music Lyrics Content in German and English. 65% of the time transcribing lyrics, 25% proofreading/editing and 10% analyzing metadata. Excellent linguistic skills, music knowledge. You will need passion for technology and a will to question the current workflows with the mindset to improve tools and processes.
