The Global Logistics Analyst role involves supporting the Supply Chain Team with On-Time Data Accuracy, Purchase Orders, Freight Bookings, Commercial Documents, monthly shipment plans, data entry, Receivings, ASN creation, Freight calculations, organizing documentation in Google Drive, and monitoring KPIs. Key responsibilities include creating POs, shipping marks, lot tracking labels; performing daily bookings approval and follow-ups with forwarders and factories; executing commercial document controls; supporting the monthly shipment plan; ensuring data accuracy in BP; controlling receivings; collaborating on Freight, Duties, and Taxes calculations; organizing documentation related to vendors, pre-payment invoices, FF invoices, Commercial Docs, and weekly/monthly reports. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in operations, knowledge of supply chain processes, shipping/logistics experience, Excel proficiency for data analysis, strong English language skills, problem-solving abilities, a growth mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, ability to follow up on action items and KPIs, being a responsible team player, and making independent decisions. We are looking for a Global Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Team by providing On-Time Data Accuracy related to Purchase Orders in our main ERP and other platforms on a daily and/or bi-weekly basis. Also helping to prepare any reporting.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

  • Create Purchase Orders, Shipping Marks & Lot Tracking Labels

  • Freight Bookings: perform daily bookings approval and follow up with Forwarders and Factories.

  • Commercial Documents: execute commercial documents controls for every cargo shipped from our factories, ensuring all corrections are done promptly

  • Collaborate on the monthly shipment plan from our factories

  • Support Supply Chain activities with data entry tasks to ensure 100% of the information shown in BP is up-to-date daily.

  • Control Receivings, Create ASN’s, Collaborate on the monthly Freight, Duties and Taxes calculation process

  • Organize in Google Drive documentation related to vendors, pre-payment invoices, FF invoices & Commercial Docs, and weekly/monthly reports.

Experience/ Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations

  • Knowledge of supply chain processes

  • Experience in shipping/logistics 

  • Excel proficient - data analysis (important)

  • Strong grasp of English language, including spoken and written

  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges to ensure we provide excellence in customer experience

  • Continuous learning and growth mindset

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to have the right follow-up and monitoring of action items and KPIs

  • A responsible team player who works well with others

  • Able to make good decisions independently
