Lime is seeking a Global Program Manager – Fleet Quality to lead initiatives ensuring high-quality repairs, process compliance, fleet reliability, and rider safety across their global operations. The ideal candidate will spearhead quality control programs, manage fleet recalls, retrofits, and upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance repair processes and implement operational improvements. With a strong analytical mindset and ability to problem-solve in real-time, the successful candidate will drive fleet reliability at scale. Lime offers a competitive salary range of $91,000 - $166,000, annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits. Job Description
What you'll do:
- Lead & Manage Global Quality Control: Oversee implementation, development, and continuous improvement of Lime’s QC processes in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and local Operations teams.
- Manage Recalls, Retrofits & Upgrades: Ensure seamless execution of hardware updates, fleet safety initiatives, and reliability improvements, partnering with Hardware Engineering and Trust & Safety teams.
- Analyze & Drive Hardware Reliability Improvements: Use data-driven insights to identify performance trends and failure points, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Engineering teams.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Contribute to the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets, driving alignment across global teams.
- Influence & Implement Best Practices: Partner with Training, Hardware, and Compliance teams to establish quality standards, training programs, and SOPs.
- Foster a Culture of Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure repair SOPs are followed, challenged when needed, and systematically improved, serving as a hardware subject matter expert across our global fleet.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience leading process improvements, operational change, or quality control initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including beginner/intermediate SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and basic experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to implement process improvements.
- Ability to problem-solve in real-time, balancing short-term fixes with long-term strategic planning.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel (~10%) to key warehouse locations to learn about locally developed best practices and support on-the-ground implementation.
