Job Summary

Pismo is seeking an experienced Global Recruiter to lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced English skills, leverage data and analytics, and develop strong relationships with hiring managers. They will also collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Proven experience in Data-Driven Recruitment is required, along with proficiency in English at B2 level and knowledge of Interviewing Best Practices. The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values equality and safety.

Summary

Identifying, attracting, hiring the best talent, and provide an amazing experience is the biggest challenge for Pismo’s Talent Acquisition team.

What you'll do

  • Lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles, ensuring high quality and adherence to SLAs.
  • Utilize advanced English skills for daily communication, including interviewing candidates and collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, focusing on innovative and efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support in defining role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and strategies, presenting insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Act for continuous process improvement, proposing and implementing new recruitment practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Data-Driven Recruitment.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level (Upper Intermediate).
  • Knowledge of Interviewing Best Practices.
  • Experience with Recruitment KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting for Tech roles.
  • Experience with recruiting for Product roles is a plus
