Job Summary
Binance is seeking a Growth & Operations Regional Lead for the CIS/CEEEastern Europe region. The successful candidate will execute regional growth campaigns, drive marketing promotions, establish best practices, measure progress, and develop strategies to maximize long-term value of clients. They will also map out user journeys, increase funnel conversion, monitor campaign results, and act as a driver for platform innovations. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in Growth/Digital/Marketing departments, is data-oriented, and has strong analytical capabilities. Russian/Ukrainian speaking skills are preferred. Job Description
Resposibilities:
- Together with the Marketing Strategy Lead execute regional growth campaigns in partnership with local & central stakeholders to ensure business objectives (KPIs) are met;
- Drive and lead growth marketing promotions across the CIS/CEE (incl. Balkans) targeting users' stickiness, and platform ecosystem usage (Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Active Users Growth Hacks via Retention, Reactivation, Stickiness);
- Establish marketing best practices (including segmentation, and A/B testing strategies) using data-driven insights;Measure, understand, and report critical metrics progress to regional management & Central Leaders;
- Develop marketing strategies aimed at maximizing the long-term value of clients through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and the ideal combination of products and distribution channels;
- Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product asks, user education, and operational campaign (top focus on KYC-Deposit-Trades conversion);
- Monitor /campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficiency and user experience;
- Act as a driver for platform innovations (products, UX/UI), community needs solutions (Optimizations, Bonus Systems), in-depth analytics & in-sight sharing.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Growth/Digital/Marketing departments;
- Confident English is a MUST; Russian/Ukrainian speaking is strong PLUS;
- Data-oriented mindset connecting actionable insights (data) and exact drivers (campaigns). Strong analytical capabilities related to user behavior analysis, and user retention strategy development in marketing funnels;
- Execution-oriented professional - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done;
- Experience in launching both large-scale and targeted campaigns throughout the user conversion funnel OR product optimization;
- Well-versed and ideally skilled in all 3 areas: Marketing Growth Hacking / Operational Management / Data Analytics;
- Preferably Experience in user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and A/B testing;
- Must have a strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology, Crypto enthusiast is a plus;
- Must be able to work independently and execute initiatives from A to Z;
- Proven experience in growing and managing user base supported by strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing;
- Creative thinking for developing innovative product organizational strategies and engaging campaigns.
