Job Summary

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead data-driven marketing strategies for user acquisition. The role involves designing and optimizing full-funnel campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging analytics to identify growth opportunities. With 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer pain points and product services. They will work closely with internal teams and external resources to drive end-to-end campaign execution and improve conversion rates. The successful candidate will be responsible for building out and optimizing multi-channel approaches across paid media, website, email, content marketing, referrals, etc. We offer flexible remote work options, $4,000/year travel stipends, and equity in a fast-growing company.

About the role

  • As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition.

  • You will have a direct impact on the growth of the company by leveraging analytics to identify growth opportunities (through experimentation and channel expansion and optimization), designing and optimizing full-funnel campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale our marketing efforts.

  • This position reports to our Head of Demand Generation.

What you will do

  • Develop campaigns with a deep understanding of customer pain points and Sparrow’s product and services. Design user journeys to increase user acquisition, reengage prospects, and drive new customers and revenue.

  • Support building out and optimizing multi-channel approach and A/B tests across paid media, website, email, content marketing, referrals, etc.

  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution through audience identification, project management to develop necessary assets, tracking implementation, and launching and reporting on results.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and CX, as well as external resources and agencies.

  • Leverage data to analyze marketing funnels and test results to continuously enhance the user experience, increase user acquisition, and improve conversion.

About you

  • BA/BS degree.

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in executing acquisition strategies across a variety of channels, including at least one paid media channel.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills and great attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems, Salesforce, and other common tools in a B2B marketing tech stack.

  • Ability to understand complex acquisition funnels and experience building out reporting and analyzing data to drive and iterate on strategy.
